Diamond Discs

Preparation:

• Ensure the tool is powered off and unplugged.
• Select the appropriate Jinguang Double Sided Diamond Disc C01 for your task.

Installation:

• Securely attach the disc to your tool
• Make sure the disc is firmly in place and aligned properly.

Safety Gear:

• Wear appropriate safety gear, including safety goggles, gloves, and a dust mask.

Operation:

• Plug in and power on the tool.
• Allow the tool to reach full speed before making contact with the material.
• Apply gentle, consistent pressure; do not force the disc into the material.
• Use the vented design to your advantage by allowing airflow to cool the disc.

Cutting/Grinding:

• For cutting, make smooth, steady movements to create slots and slits.
• For grinding and contouring, move the disc in a controlled, even motion over the surface.
• Utilize both sides and the edge of the disc for optimal performance.

Post-Operation:

• Power off the tool and unplug it before removing the disc.
• Inspect the disc for any wear or damage before storing.
• Clean the disc with a dry cloth to remove any debris.

Maintenance:

• Store the disc in a cool, dry place to prolong its lifespan.
• Regularly check for any signs of wear or damage and replace the disc as needed.
